Hi I’ve had irregular periods for years and after seeing a new gp I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS. I’d like to learn more about it and how it can effect my body.

The NHS website can tell you. But it can effect fertility, sometimes make you hairy, spotty, depressed, hormonal, can effect your weight.. All good stuff. It effects some more than others. Keeping a healthy weight helps.
