Blood in urine? Should I be concerned?

hello.

Yesterday I thought my period had come which was surprisingly "early" (my periods are still irregular), I went to the toilet and put a pad in. When I stood up I realised that my urine was a pinkish colour but not severely. I had another pee later on and when I wiped there was blood. This cant be signs of early pressure because I've not had sex in a few months. Along with the blood I've been getting burining while peeing, pain in abdomen and back/side, as well as not eating because I have heartburn a lot which is common for me and I've been to the doctors as I've got a weakened value or something . I was just wondering what else this could be and do I need to speak to my doctor about it.
