Hi ladies, I have been on cerazette for 17 months since my daughter was born I have been having heavy bleeding every month and now every couple weeks lasting 11 days, I'm due a smear nxt month as last year showed I had hpv and few years ago I had cin 1 but they don't do nothing for that, I've had a ultrasound in March which showed 4cm cysts on both ovaries due to return for checkup in 3 months but won't be happening due to covid 19

I've been seeing different doctors both telling me different thing I'm just so connfused one saying not normal to bleed heavy for that long on my pill so referred me to a gynaecologist to check my womb but that also has been cancelled, I've had swabs done bloods done all fine other doctors told me it's just my pill and stress lol and said she doesn't thing its anything to worry about cause it didn't hurt when she examined me?? Also had this bad back pain for 8 weeks very strange but I have been told today that could be pcos but surely that would of shown in the tranvaginal ultrasound? I'm just worrying thinking if this could be something more serious and I've just got to sit here and wait til out. Be appreciated if anyone had any thoughts or been in silmiar situation
