This may be a stupid question but when is day 1 of your cycle is it when the spotting starts or when there’s a full flow ? I need bloods done on day 21 and not sure of my dates

Hi Louise, for starting my IVF medication the clinic classed it as day 1 if full flow started before 12noon. I would double check with your doctor though.

Hi, I agree with Cagepow. When I was doing clomid they said day 1 is a full flow but has to start before 12noon

It would be your full flow would consider day 1
