Tender boobs, am I ovulating?

Hey, not sure if this is the right place to be asking but its making me feel very anxious at the moment.

I started taking metformin a month ago and excitingly I've had a period since (yippy). But a week after my period my boobs have been VERY tender and they feel/look huge.

I've taken 4 pregnancy tests (excessive I know) at different times in the week and day and all came back negative.

Just wondering has anyone else had really tender boobs for so long? Could this mean I'm actually ovulating? Or is it a potential side effect to the metformin?

Just really would love so advice/ helpful guidance :)

Thank you in advance. Xx

Hey hun,

I suffer awfully with breast soreness & I’m not on metformin or any birth control.

Starts a week after my period & continues right up until & through my period. They go up a cup size too!

I’ve been recommended evening primrose oil.

Xx
