This is a really personal journey. I kept a food diary and together with my dr did regular blood tests to see the effects. I found a gluten free, low dairy, low sugar vegetarian diet works for my body. The low sugar helps with my testosterone levels (thinning scalp hair and excessive facial hair), the gluten free helps with my weight management and the vegetarian diet bough back regular periods!
