To make a long story short I got diagnosed with pcos in February. My periods randomly stopped in October and I hadn’t had one since last month when I randomly come on which was unexpected. Me and my partner besides knowing I have this have been trying for a baby. I’ve been tracking my period on the flo app since it started again and it’s saying am 4 days late now I don’t wanna get my hopes up and take a test for it to come back negative but could I be? I’ve also had sore breasts and a few cramps but am just taking this as my period is about to start.

Pregnancy and period symptoms are very similar - have you got your period now or done a test?
