Hi everyone,
I have PCOS and I haven't had a period for over a year.
Me and my husband are trying to get pregnant but I don't know when to take a pregnancy test as I never have a period.
Any suggestions?
Xx

Dear Johjoh
There are some great products on the market and even apps which will tell you when you are ovulating and at your most fertile.
Take a test soon, see what it says. You can always go and speak with your GP to see if there’s anything they can help with.
I am wishing you both the best

If I was you I would speak to the GP and have some checks done to make sure you are actually ovulating. They can also check your hormones.
You need to go to the GP and get something to force a period as it can cause quite serious issues not having regular periods as you need 4 a year to keep your uterus healthy.
As you do not generally have regular periods, I would look at the fertilityfriends website as it says what signs to look for to show your body is ovulating. A lot of the ovulation predictor tests wont work for you as you do not have regular cycles.
Has your partner been checked yet?
