Hi all
I picked up a pack of Jerusalem artichokes yesterday, never seen them before so I researched them and it said that they are very good food treating pcos as they are full of the good stuff and medium GI. They taste a bit unusual but ok and they appear to be used instead of potatoes.
The only downside is they can cause gas because of the prebiotics in them, which it said can be good for gut health.
Has anyone else ever tried them?
