Sorry me again! Have had a phone call with my doctors again today re having something to try and help control my PCOS and they have also said to take a look into the NuvaRing so I wondered if anyone had any experience with this? Apparently side effects are meant to be one of the best options?

The dosage is different to a combined pill (lower) so not sure if it would be good from a pcos point of view (not really heard of it before tbh (again lol). I am old though !!!!
