High lh and fsh and low Oestradiol?

Just got some results back of my sex hormones, it shows high LH and FSH and Low Oestradiol in Luteal phase, does anybody know what this means ? X

I also got it wrong about Oestradiol, that shows normal but LH at 22 and FSH at 16
