I have polycystic ovaries and in a same sex marriage, so our road ahead for conception is slim and challenging to say the least
we will be trying for a baby this year.
I was wondering are there any tips and advice this community can give me to guide me onto a smoother path. Would it be worth trying on IUI or IUI stimulated or going straight for IVF.
I know it will be tough to conceive to begin with however we would love nothing more than to start our own family.
Thank you for taking your time to read this,
Kind regards

I conceived Noah 2nd attempt IUI and he is now 12 - IUI only had a 13% success rate. I personally think it is worth a shot but the success rates are higher for IVF so if you are self funding then I would possibly skip IUI.
The only difference between my two IUI attempts was that I had reflexology every week and my period arrived on the day and almost to the hour which hadnt happened before so Im sure the reflexology helped me ovulate!!
