Hi all went for my gynaecology appointment on Thursday they’ve put me on the waiting list for surgery within 15 weeks , i started bleeding on Thursday it started really heavy and red ish and now it’s black blood and abit of red watery as well sometimes I’ve got a full pain on my left side is this a period? Haven’t had one for ages so I wouldn’t know xx

Surgery for what. What did they do at your appointment, could this have caused a bleed if it was an internal exam?
