Surgery ovarian drilling

Hi, my doctors have said they will be doing an ovarian drilling, and checking my tubes are not blocked. My question is, does this hurt, is it effective and what is the recovery period.

via laparoscopy I suspect, no you are under general anaesthetic, I had two weeks off after but the 2nd week probably wasn't necessary. Zapping the cysts can increase your chance of getting pregnant for the next 6 months or so. I know of lots of ladies that have conceived after having the ovarian drilling. Get them to do as much as poss while they are down there. I had 11 tests done (cant remember what as over 10 years ago now). It does have good success rates so definitely worth trying.

Hi there. Just came across your post. Just wondering if you've had ovarian drilling done already or still waiting. I had mine done last month.
