I'm totally new to this pcos, so any advice grateful ☺️ I had my scan last week which clearly showed pcos just awaiting bloods this weeks to confirm. I'm really worried as to what to expect with having this? As I have no symptoms as have been on the pill for over 2 years. I have since come off this 3 weeks ago so still awaiting my period.. I'm hoping will come soon!
Me and my husband would love another baby sometime (we have 2 all ready) when I see my doctor thus week what questions do I need to ask etc? I'm worried the longer I leave to try for a baby the longer it will take? Will I need to go on some sort of medication to help? Or will I not know until I've had a proper period since coming off the pill?
Any advice or tips please 😀
Thank you

Periods dont really mean much tbh, you can have one without ovulating and not have one but ovulate - you have had children so there is no reason to think it wont happen again. You are born with pcos so isnt something that has happened since your last child or anything so I would try not to worry too much. The one advantage of pcos is our egg quality remains better for longer so you can conceive later than a non pcos lady. Were you on the combined pill ? If so it can increase the chances of conceiving quicker as your body is less pcos so I would go back on it now if you are not actively wanting to conceive right now.
