Does anyone else get severe pain nausea and dizziness at the same time? For the last two days I've been in absolute agony and struggled to move around because I've been so bad. I could have endometriosis however it isn't confirmed or anything yet so I'm just curious as to whether it could actually be pcos.

No it is more likely to be endometriosis - have you had a laparoscopy to check if it is ?

Hi hols is right, where as you can get get some pain with pcos when cysts burst you shouldn't be experiencing that and you need to get checked quickly.

May be worth asking your GP/specialist about Dysmenorrhoea and/or Menorrhagia - I've had PCOS for a few years and have problems every month with dizziness, severe back pain and really bad bleeding. Apparently both are sometimes found in people with PCOS. Could also be like Lisa-W says and that it's the cysts bursting as they are known to do that and can be very painful - definitely worth seeing your regular doctor to find out :)
