I'm on a pretty bad sliding scale right now.  I went on holiday and found my gluten-free/refined-sugar free lifestyle hard to manage and so cheated for the week.  I just can't get back on that damn wagon now, 3 weeks later.  So upsetting.

Yesterday I went out for a friends birthday and cheated again, it's made me so ill today (cutting sugar made such a difference to me that my body changed considerable and I can no longer tolerate too much sugar) and I'm feeling sorry for myself.

Have you looked at changing what you eat rather than denying yourself? x

I think it should be helpful to find some friend who is on the same "boat"..Whom can support you and will cheer you up.If so hard to manage sweet tooth-I strongly recommend to take Chromium-Was so helpful for me and still working for now.Try to create account to My fitness pal app-maybe by seeing what you put in your mouth will stop you from  over eating?? I came from my holidays not so long time ago- I wouldn't say I was cheating a lot-I would say I lost portion control.I gain lots of weight just in few weeks time.I felt horrible-no active,insomnia,cravings....Just little by little came back on track-I wanted to feel again lighter and not bloated. Came back to gym, watch what I eat.Try to keep yourself busy and away from food what you do not need.I am sure you know all these things...:) Good luck!!!

I've recently started the Cambridge diet after years of problems with binge eating and emotional eating. I've found it really useful. The weight loss has been small (9lbs over three weeks so far) but it's going in the right direction, and the consultant is really supportive.

Hello, Have you read "Natural Solutions to PCOS" by Marilyn Glenville. It's not easy, but doable. I can recommend her book. It's easy to read and to understand. Easy to swap between headings/chapters. Good luck!

I constantly find myself binge eating and eating crap I shouldn't but it seems I can't stop myself some days depending on my mood, I used the my fitness pal app as debshy55 said about, it did really help me and it did in fact stop me binge eating for a while; I need to start using  it again! So would definitely recommend it x
