Hy i m 30 years old with pcos i have two children i lost my oregnancy weight but still i m overweight with bmi 29 last few months i m trying to loose weight with diet and physical activities but i cant i heard about myo inositol food supliment that is good in pcos any one tried this and is it safe to use while breastfeeding a 20 montha old child.
