PCOS, implant and periods

Hey, I'm just looking to see if anyone has similar experience and their opinions.

I have PCOS, and at the moment I am on the implant which is due to come out after 3 years. I only have periods every 6 months or so, which last for around a month to which I will have very painful lower back pain, heavy period, very painful pain radiating from my ovaries and bad cramping.

Does anyone have any experiences like this, I have been to see so many doctors and keep being told different things that never come to anything, going to see another with more hope 😊
