I'm having an endoscopy this week and to prep I've been given a list of foods to avoid for 3 days. Needless to say most of these are what a vegan eats! anyone been through this and found a reasonable list of foods I can eat?
So far all I can see to eat is white rice, bread & pasta. Potatoes without skins, cornflakes, plain jelly, plain jelly & clear soup. What's clear soup?

Hi willsie01 Ive had a few upper and lower endoscopes and I just had a light meal with little roughage the day before the endoscopy and not eat after 5pm. So it’s a low roughage carb based diet for 3 days.
Clear soup is consommé I make a really easy one with low sale vegan Swiss bouillon
Hi willsie01 , I had a Colonoscopy about a year and a half ago and also found it difficult to know what to eat. I've found this article by Forks Over Knives and it lists what you can eat.
