Vegan and gluten free almond flour cake - Vegan Foods for Life
It’s just cacao powder coconut oil almond milk and jaggery powder mixed and heated together in a pan. You can substitute the jaggery powder with pitted dates also. If you want thick frosting use more cacao powder. Add more almond milk to make it thinner. I prefer it a bit thick as it sets well in the fridge.
