Well when I spotted it I thought of you. Yes I might give it a go if I’ve got the ingredients. I’ve got a coffee and walnut cake on the go at the moment so will finished that off first. Let me know if you make it 😋🌱

For a change (lol) None of them were Ali, the fruit one was just about edible but the other two were a waste of calories

This one really looks delicious. When I've stopped the diet I may try it as I'm sure I'll be able to tolerate a few cashew nuts, I do know that cashews affect me but small amounts should be fine.

That looks and sounds delicious Ali. I have a friend who is GF so I'm pretty sure that this cake would go down very well. I might even try it on my hubby and not tell him it's healthier.
