Hi all
I wanted to try another gluten free bread recipe that had no yeast as I have a sensitivity to both. I am pleased to say this one worked and I'll be making it again, I doubled to recipe to make 2 loaves.

I also added some garlic powder, Jerry 's idea from another post of mine, and dried Italian Herbs. I've just had a taste and it tastes lovely. I'm going to try sun dried tomatoes in it next time.
I made my own mix of flours using 2 cups white rice flour, 2 cups brown rice flour, 3 cups tapioca flour, 2 cups cornstarch and 3 tablespoons of potato flour. The flour mix makes quite alot so the rest is stored in the fridge for next time. You just need to mix the flours well until combined.
Happy baking allπ
Hey well done you Alicia, it's great news that it tastes good as it looks really good and very wholesome. I think that your flour mix is really good as it's a multigrain so with sun-dried tomatoes herbs and garlic I'd love some.
Happy baking indeed...π
Thank you Jerry, I aim to eventually have a gluten and yeast free bread as close to normal bread as possible.π
