I made the above today for tonight's dinner. The recipe is for 2 but I tripled the recipe so I could use a whole can of chickpeas, I didn't want to waste them.
I felt it needed something else so I added one 400ml and one 145 ml can coconut milk, delicious.
I had the curry with a bowl of vegetables which were: broccoli, red cabbage, sweetcorn, green beans and carrots. Here's the recipe:
