I mixed flour and butter so it was like bread crumbs. Added a chilli, parsley, basil, a few sun dried tomatoes and a little vegan Parmesan and mixed together with a drop of water. They would also be nice if you added black olives. I am not a fan of vegan cheese but for these the taste was perfect.
I baked them at about 190deg for about 7 minutes and then turned the heat down to 150deg for about 5 mins until they looked cooked and then turned off the oven leaving the straws in there with the door oven door ajar.
They are a bit “rustic” lol but they are so light and delicious I will definately be making some more for Christmas 🎄

They look and sound lovely Ali, I could see me tucking into them with some mango chutney but of course I won't as I am on a diet : > sadly my eyes have always been bigger than my stomach : >
😀 I done really well for 2 weeks, then a friend bought me some Vegan Iced Christmas Cake and as I was just so hungry - I gobbled it up, no questions asked 😀
