I made some of the above today and changed the oil I used (I cannot have avocado oil whilst following the low fodmap diet), I used olive oil and I also added 90ml of almond milk to the recipe as I thought the mixture was a little too dry.
I tasted the very small amount of mixture left in the bowl after I'd emptied it out and it tastes delicious so I'll be making these again. The recipe is here:
This looks delicious Alicia a great way to spend time during a storm it seems to have passed for now, so enjoy your yummy cake. 😊

Thank you Jerry and they are, amazing what you can do with sweet potatoes. You could swap out the oat flour for GF flour. I did use GF oats but I know even those coeliacs have problems with.
It's still very windy here but at least it's showers now.
Oh Ali, you may want to give these a go, they are so gooey and yummy, the best I've made for sure, I flipping love them and such good ingredients as well.
We've been fine thank you, we live on a hill and have had no flooding at all. I hope that you are okay where you are.
Thank you Debs, they are really gooey. Finally I've found a reasonable healthy brownie that's gooey. If you dont want to use GF oates then I'm pretty sure GF flour would be fine. xx
