This is the second time I've made this and I love it, it's got a good kick. Once the veg is all cooked I put the stew in the liquidiser as I love it smooth. I had a bowl of mixed veg to go with it.

I used a 1/4 teaspoon of Hing instead of the green tops of spring onions.

I wish you wouldn’t !!!, I’m tucked up in my bed and you’ve made me feel sooo hungry 🥺. If I got out of bed, what could I eat 🥕raw, stick of celery, nay won’t taste like that. I’ll have to stay put I guess and have nightmares instead 😫.

I think you'd enjoy it as well as it has plenty of flavour. I used Hing and that's now my go to whilst I can't use either garlic or onions and it's doing the job. 
No not poorly, just decided it was my bedtime haha.
I had eaten before retiring, but just looking at it made me think 💭 I could just eat that 🤣. I will be trying to eat it sometime soon 😋.

I have just come across this Alicia, it appeals to me as I just realised today that I can eat lentils which I have, along with butternut squash and sweet potato.🙂
