Since the lockdown and the panic buying I'm finding it harder and harder to make a loaf of bread that I can actually eat. I made a GF one about a week ago and it didn't like my tummy, I found out it was the ground almonds. I've also made Buckwheat bread which I don't really like but cannot eat that either so today I've made the above and swapped out the Aquafaba as I cannot have that either for Vegan egg. Here's the recipe:

You will see the comments below the recipe and one person used the egg replacer, added extra flour and also used sunflower oil.
