Since the lockdown and the panic buying I'm finding it harder and harder to make a loaf of bread that I can actually eat. I made a GF one about a week ago and it didn't like my tummy, I found out it was the ground almonds. I've also made Buckwheat bread which I don't really like but cannot eat that either so today I've made the above and swapped out the Aquafaba as I cannot have that either for Vegan egg. Here's the recipe:
Thank you Debs and although it looks good when I went to cut it it just fell apart. Back to the drawing board and roll on when I can buy some spelt flour.

I've emailed a company today where I live and lo and behold, they have spelt flour, just waiting for them to get back to me about how I purchase it as it's one of those places where you take your own container and fill it up.
