I pulled this recipe out of a magazine and had the recipe sitting round for about 4 weeks, thought it was about time I made it. I have to say I'm very pleased, they are lovely.
I didn't have rice flour so used a mixed gluten free blend and used unsweetened Goji Berries instead of cherries, I also added a little extra Almond milk as I thought the mixture needed it. Therefore these lovely brownies are gluten free.😁
They are darker it's just I took the photo under the electric light.
