I pulled this recipe out of a magazine and had the recipe sitting round for about 4 weeks, thought it was about time I made it. I have to say I'm very pleased, they are lovely.
I didn't have rice flour so used a mixed gluten free blend and used unsweetened Goji Berries instead of cherries, I also added a little extra Almond milk as I thought the mixture needed it. Therefore these lovely brownies are gluten free.😁
They are darker it's just I took the photo under the electric light.

Hi Alicia your chocolate brownies look delicious and being gluten free sound perfect to me.
You may have had the recipe lying around for 4 weeks but your brownies won't last this long...😀

Thank you and they reached the freezer, if they didn't well they might not have been so healthy as I may have just kept eating them.🤣

Thank you Ali, I've been meaning to make them for a little while now so it's about time. I'm kind of stuck in a rut with the raw fruit bars I make, I needed to branch out more.
