Sweet Potato and Coconut Curry

Tried this recipe for the first time today using my slow cooker. Need I say more but yummy😋. I'll definitely be making it again, it tastes delicious.

Here's a photo of it, I've tried to create a collage of the recipe and curry but unfortunately it cut off some of the recipe so I'm going to write another post.

I'd definitely recommend making it.
