Another new recipe from my Vegan Magazine made today. Although we've yet to have Dinner I thought I would dip a spoon in and see what it tasted like.
It tastes very nice but that's after I added a tablespoon of Maple Syrup, teaspoon of Garam Masala, teaspoon of Smoked Paprika and some dried Italian Mixed Herbs. I also added some cornflour to thicken as I doubled the recipe because I didn't just want to put half a tin of coconut in the fridge and end up possibly wasting it, not realising that the recipe required just half a tin of chopped tomatoes as well, I ended up putting in 2 tins to double the recipe so used too much hence the need for cornflour to thicken it.
Excuse my writing on the recipe.
I will definitely make it again.😋
