Chickpea Curry

Here's my meal for tonight taste tested already and it tastes delicious.

I'm having it with Red Lentil and Beetroot Fusilli instead of rice. I'll have to post the recipe separately as when I created a collage you could only see half of the recipe.

Tbh if it’s a curry I’m already onside no matter what the (vegan) ingredients. That looks great. I had a delicious chickpea, spinach & mushroom curry from a concession at winter wonderland in Hyde Park on Christmas Eve. Visited with my daughter and her baby plus my son. Love to come across a way of replicating it.

Aren't curries just delicious. My mum used to make a lovely curry when we were young and I've loved it ever since.

Why don't you search Google for a chickpea spinach and mushroom curry and see what you come up with?

It is a very easy recipe and so tasty, you can use whatever curry paste you like depending on how hot you like it.
