I made a rhubarb crumble tonight with some Rhubarb a friend gave me out of her garden. The only thing that puts me off rhubarb is that it is so tart that you have to add sugar. Instead of sugar I added 4 dates I chopped up into the cooked rhubarb to add sweetness and I think it worked very well. I didnβt put sugar in the crumble topping either π
