Hi everyone,
I often make these, they are delicious and I didnโt even know I liked dates but they are so gooey and tasty. These are a really good vegan substitute for snickers bars, which is how I discovered them and then realised they are on line. I make two or three at a time and are lovely for a sweet snack. They are very quick to make but Iโm sure you could make a few and keep them in an airtight tub in the fridge. The ones in the link have salt sprinkled on top but Iโve never thought this was necessary.
Dates are said to help control cholesterol levels, blood pressure, provide instant energy and are anti ageing, etc etc so whatโs not to love ๐
