Apple crumble and ice cream

I made a lovely apple crumble with apples given to me by a neighbour. I made the topping from quinoa flour,pure butter and coconut sugar. The instant ice cream was frozen banana, date and cinnamon. The dates didn’t blend completely so were like bits of toffee and the cinnamon went well with the apple crumble 🍎

That sounds and look yummy. If you don't mind me asking how do you make the pure butter?

Hi I didn’t make the butter. Pure is a brand of vegan butter. Although I have made butter on another post 😀 Ali

Well Jerry I was inspired by your crumble topping & you using quinoa flour which I ground myself so thank you for that. I have to say it was very nice 🙂

Hi Ali, I bake bread with ground quinoa now. And you take things one step further and have home made ice cream and I like that...😊
