We had lots of celery in our veg box this week and after reading about the benefits of celery I put it to good use and made this healing soup 🥣 ok, it’s very green but green is good in my book 👍 I like it to be thin but if you liked a thicker heavier soup you could add potatoes.
It has lots of celery, an onion, kale, garlic, ginger, chilli, miso, turmeric and black pepper. I sprinkled a mixture of ground cashews and nutritional yeast on top 🙂
