Yesterday I visited my parents and they gave me some pandan leaves from their friendโs garden, so I just made pandan jelly dessert. It is served hot or cold. ๐๐
Recipe:
Boil pandan leaves in water and add vegan agar powder to make jelly. Wait till it forms shape after few hours in the fridge and cut in pieces. Add coconut milk to serve as jelly drink.
I find this is so soothing on a hot summer day that filled with beautiful fragrant from the leaves and plenty of vitamins, antioxidants such as: Beta-carotene, Vitamin C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin. It has natural green color, not food additive color. ๐๐
