Curried vegetable and chickpea stew

Just made one of my favourite slow cooker recioes. It's spicy but not overly so. I made beetroot burgers yesterday and I'm going to make black bean burgers tomorrow.

This looks delicious. Your burgers sound great too. I love beetroot!

Thank you and it's one of my favourite dishes. The burgers are a recipe in the Clever Guts Diet Recipe book and I've omitted a couple of things to make them Vegan i.e. I've left out egg and used Agar Flakes to bind.😀
