Not having much luck with making vegan burgers I have come up with the best, tastiest and healthiest burger.
Basically I grill field mushrooms, a large onion sliced and serve with a slice of fresh tomato with salad. Then you can put a slice of grilled tofu (smoked or ordinary) grilled butternut squash, aubergine whatever takes your fancy.
I then pile it all up high with a dollop of vegan mayo or homemade coleslaw and a dash of hot sauce. Either have it with or without a bun. No more effort of making vegetable burgers that fall apart. I really do think these are the best burgers π and they are minimal effort and more importantly they donβt fall apart. ππ

I love the sound of your burgers Ali and an excellent way to make a burger as you say they don't fall apart so well done. Love the ingredients you used.π
I usually get the mushrooms, onion etc and chop the up and then the burgers are mushy or fall apart so I thought Iβd just save myself the job and keep them whole. Saves a lot of agro. Sometimes the simplest things are the best ππ±
