Has anyone experienced necrosis of extremities due to vasculitis?

I had necrosis of my toes and have had to have them all removed due to WG. Just wondering if anyone has a similar experience?

I haven't experienced this but I met another patient with WG who was a very keen golfer and had very bad necrosis of her finger tips and ended up having all the tips amputed.

We only know of one person. He lost some of his fingers due to WG.
