I now have to carry an Epi pen as I now seem to experience quite severe allergic reactions to antibiotics previously taken on many occasions and all the usual face creams I have used over the years.
Dr Jayne said it's all linked to the sensitivity of my immune system.

i too suddenly had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic i had taken lots of time previously. only mild, but a very itchy rash all the same. guess we just have to accept that we have dodgy immune systems and treatments are always trial and error but clearly you need to be extra careful. best wishes
I had a reaction to Azothiaprine it dropped my white cells quite dramatically within a week, now on Cell-Cept.
Yes my daughter was fine on antibiotics before her diagnosis, but since then she has suffered many reactions to nearly every antibiotic on the market. Doctors cannot explain why but she is going to Oxford in November to have a screening test done to see if that can tell us why ??
I would be very grateful for any further information after your daughter goes to Oxford regarding the reasons why reactions are now occurring. I have now developed eczema on my arms, never had this in my life.
