My husband (who has Wg) and I are returning permanently to the UK at the beginning of May so it may now be possible for us to join a local group and attend some of these meetings to learn more about this disease.

Please excuse my lack of knowledge, but where is Long Eaton? is it near Manchester? We will be living in South Lincs.

Hi Nadine!

Long Eaton is in Derbyshire, 7 miles SW of Nottingham, so will be reasonably accesible from South Lincs. (about 1.5 hours drive each way). I suspect the Lincolnshire Vasculitis Support Group will be your nearest. We have our next meeting on Sunday April 15th in Digby, between Lincoln and Sleaford. I realise that this date is before your return but would love to welcome you to the one after that (likely to be in June) or whenever you can make it. Please message me directly or email ayla.todd@gmail.com and we can keep in touch.

Good luck with your return move!

Would you like me to put the details of the Lincoln Support group on the website Ayla? I can always make the point of contact Pat if you do not want your email address published on the website. Susan :-)
