I wonder whether they’ve adequately considered that immune suppressed people are told to avoid the sun. I wonder that there’s an association because we avoid the sun more than others anyway, which makes it look like there’s a correlation when there isn’t, or whether there actually is a correlation. If there is a correlation with UVB absorption and relapses then I feel like that puts people on immune suppressants in a bit of a pickle. We can take Vit D supplements but there’s no safe replacement for UVB.
