How Can I change my Hub

I used to be part of the Vasculitis hub but don’t seem to get any notifications anymore instead I am receiving notifications from PMR/GCA hub. They are lovely people but I can’t add any useful contribution. I want my mates back.

Is this a long standing thing or just over xmas/NY? HU has been messing up notifications since xmas - possibly because they are altering software.

The best approach is to contact them via the Support Centre and pester them. They should be back now - don't think anyone has been in for the last 10 days! Or if they were, they'd eaten too many mince pies and were asleep ...

When my account is messing about I make a point of going to the forum I want every day and looking at the internal Alerts list. Do you still get VasculitisUK included on the Daily Posts email? Have a look at your email setting too.

Just double check everything your end first, and then contact HU as suggested by PMRpro - we have both had issues over holiday period (as have others). If your profile shows you as a member of PMRGCAuk - you can leave it.

I receive notifications for both . The information I have received re steroids form PMR pro is really helpful and informative, she has a wealth of knowledge and expertise as does Dorsetlady .

Hope you had a good Christmas and New Year

I had the same - all notifications from PMR and none from Vasculitis. If you look at the top of your home page you will see which communities you have chosen. I was PMR and Vasculitis. I can’t recall selecting PMR but may have looked at them and replied to someone. Anyway if you take out PMR you should no longer get notifications from them. Take care.

Hi 2534 exactly the same for me but how do I take out PMR?

At the top of the home page there is a box with a “tick” next to write . Just press the tick box and it will ask if you want to leave that community

Dear Investigator1,

A 'Simple' suggestion, for you....Contact The Administrators, they should be able to Help. Something has clearly 'Gone Wrong'.

Hope that you are 'Back' soon, my friend. Happy New Year 2022
