Diet re sugar reduction

Has any one any thoughts re Truvia sweetener? I am wondering about the laxitive effect in using it in baking

I think it depends on the person but diabetes are often told to avoid products that use artificial sweetener. Personally I can not tolerate and 1 sugar free polo milk leaves me having severe “wind” and diarrhoea. So I would rather have sugar in my diet but extremely small amounts.

Truvia is unlikely to cause diarrhoea unless consumed in excessive quantities. If you are trying to reduce your weight or dealing with steroid induced diabetes contact your local nhs dietician they can be extremely helpful.
