Just wondered if anyone has tried CBD oil for vasculitis pain

Just wondering if anyone has tried CBD oil for vasculitis pain - have been struggling for 4 years now. Doctor says the nerves are regenerating, but goodness, the pain. I take pregabalin but don't want to up the dose. Sandra

What dose of pregabalin are you taking? Indicated dose for pain is 300 mg. 600 mg indicated for anxiety. I don't have a diagnosis yet but have family history of AAV and have peripheral neuropathy (among other symptoms). I've resisted the pregabalin for now as I had a bad reaction to a drug a year ago so am wary. Will be interested to see if this oil works at all. My haematologist suggested coconut oil helps some people with neuropathic pain. Not tried that yet either
