Try having him tested for sleep apnea. I too have awful fatigue which really curtails my exercise and activity and drop to sleep during the day. I huff and puff like an old train and suffer from AF, particularly at night. Was recently tested by my respiratory consultant for sleep apnea. First test looked quite positive so I am going to be sent to the sleep clinic. Great friend (retired consultant) had earlier suggested this as she suffers from it and says her energy levels, breathing and sleep pattern are vastly improved from the sleep apnea treatment. Might be worth a try. I too am on Rituximab and have MPA but the fatigue and sleep problems predate the Rituximab.

Thank you for your information; as a matter of fact the doctor suggested the mask about 2 weeks ago; the only reason we decided to wait was due that his palate hard and soft is gone (working on the prosthesis) and since the mask push air not sure if this will work for him right now. he is going to see his ear and nose doctor and will talk about it. Thank you again, everything helps!!! :)
