Does anyone's symptoms get worse sometimes with the first few days of prednisone?

Hi.. Ive been on prednisone for a few days and my symptoms seem a little worse. Does that happen?

I don't think so unless you are not taking enough steroid to tame the inflammation. PMR requires less than GCA. Don't know which you have.

What type of vasculitis do you have and what other medication are you taking?
