100,000 Genomes Project

The project is currently in its pilot phase and Genetic Alliance UK has been asked to gather the views of individuals and their families affected by suspected or diagnosed rare conditions. GAUK are conducting a survey which will help to guide the 100,000 Genomes Project. We would be really grateful if you could spare 15-20 minutes of your time to complete it.
