Nocturnal dialysis

Hi,

After several falls starts I have at last started my nocturnal dialysis.

First night was Monday evening, went better than I expected. Did an 8 hour session and mNaged to sleep for about half the time.

Felt really good the following morning.

I have been supplied with more kit, a blood leak sensor for my venous access, a centrafuge for post dialysis blood test each month.

Have to have vitamin B12 loading thrn each 6 weeks and then renovit vitamin tablets each day. Iron one a month, feel ike a walking chemists shop.

I thank our wonderful NHS for giving me as near normal life again.

Will keep you all posted as my nocturnal dialysis progresses.

Happy Easter time to you all and stay positive.

Philip
